"However" is used to compare two ideas, so I put "not just mangoes" that way your listener can understand why you said "however."

I ate mango with salt, pepper and lemon, it was amazing because IT is my favorite fruit and I can IT eat ANYDAYeveryday and ANYTIMEeverytime. As well as THAT, the lemon is good for our HEALTHhealthy with a little salt. However, I really love a lot of fruit. FRUIT IS UNCOUNTABLE :)
