Do these two sentences have the same meaning?
You are oblivious to everything.
You are unaware of anything.

The first might imply that someone is not paying attention, or is wrapped up in their own affairs. There can be a subtle sense of criticism there.
The second is more neutral. You could be unaware of things due to being unconscious, for instance. However, I'd say 'You are not aware of anything.'
