Good morning. It’s autumn now. The temperature is dropping, but my appetite is increasing! I feel strongly that the saying “autumn of appetite” is true. However, my weight will increase if this habit continues. So I try to change the consciousness of eating and exercising. Especially, I try to increase walking every day. I wake up usually at 7 when I go to station by bike. However, I wake up at least 30 minutes earlier than usual to go to there by walking these days. The distances are about 2km. I’m going to continue to walk, and be careful my health. Of course, I’m careful not to eat too much.
