Is there a way to chat to people in real time?

sharedtalk is a good one, i used it in the past 2 years. but it was just closed down.
talkeer is another place deserving a try.
at talkeer, users can chat via voice and video in real time directly, and hold persona profile to let people know about you, and keep in touch with user friends via inbox mail. more important, additional to closed sharedtalk features, users can write eassys and get corrected by other users. also can view others' essays and corrections.

I miss sharedtalk :( It was the only chat where I could chat in real time with others, in italki nobody answers me

I think is Rosetta Stone. So, until two years ago it was a innovative method, but now is too old, there are new systems like Italki and Babbel.
