It takes years for native speakers have a complete understanding of English. Students take English grammar up to middle school (6-8th grade) and even sometimes through high school. So complete mastery will take continual practice for 2-3+ years. Native speakers don't master English over night and neither will you. You will have to put in the time and practice to get the results you want.
