You can put " as well" at the end of the sentence

As a native English speaker, I feel like you would never put 'also' at the end of a sentence:
e.g.
You can do that as well.
You can also do that.
This is the example that came to mind immediately. You would never switch them around in the sentence! :)

An example :
Do you like cycling? I also like cycling. Sometimes I like to go swimming as well.
We're two people who go cycling. When I go cycling, I sometimes also go swimming, in addition to the cycling. I then do two things.
But we'd better wait for a reply frome someone native.
