......당신의 무덤가에..........................By Your Grave..........(by 도종환)
I leave a bloom of pink
And you follow me along
In a cloud over Mount Shiru's peak
Before your grave
I place a talisman paper
And you follow me on my way back
Holding an evening star
By your grave
I leave a verse of a song
And you follow me to my front door
In the chirps of grasshoppers
On your grave
I shed a line of tears
And you become a sprinkle of rain
To soak into my flesh

Here are a couple of old Korean poems written in relatively easy language.
They have been made into a song too, so you can hear how they are spoken (YouTube links are given).
Feel free to ask if you have any question on them :-)
Rapids
by 김소월 (Kim So Wol)
What is it that makes you act this way
Sitting alone by the rapids of a stream
When the green sprouts are budding out
As fine wavelets ripple in a spring breeze
There must have been a promise perhaps
That the going away wasn't to be forever
Everyday you come sit out by the rapids
Lost in deep thoughts about something
Was it meant to be a plea not to forget
That the going away wasn't to be forever

Now speak my name,
one fitting this color and odor of mine,
as I spoke his name,
so that I may go to him
and become his flower.
We all wish
to become something.
You to me and I to you
wish to become an unforgettable gaze.

Flower (Kim Jong-Gil)
Until I spoke his name,
he had been
no more than a mere gesture.
When I spoke his name,
he came to me
and became a flower.
Until I spoke his name,
he had been
no more than a mere gesture.
When I spoke his name,
he came to me
and became a flower.
