What time of the day do you like to take lessons?

Hi guys,

Just a quick question for all students who take lessons on italki with professional teachers....

What is your favourite time of day to take your lessons? I have quite a few Russian students who like to wake up early and complete a lesson before they start work. Some of my Japanese students prefer to take lessons after they finish work. If you are not working, what time do you prefer to start learning? How many of you just take lessons at the weekends? I teach from 8am-18.00pm (Thailand time) Mon-Fri but I don't currently offer lessons on Saturday or Sunday. I just want to get an idea of whether I should revise my teaching hours or teaching days. Thanks for reading and your input....

Thanks,

Mark.

Evening 9-12 pm from Monday to Friday is my favourite time. Weekends 10am-2pm is my second favourite. But I have flexible working hours and if I find a teacher I really like I may adapt to almost anything. By the way I'm not learning English. Are you only asking the students that are learning English?

I find that I do best when my brain is tired and doesn't try to "overthink" things. So I finish work at 6pm, go to a meeting room and have a class then, when I'm tired after work... At 7pm I finish and I have the entire evening to myself.

I also like weekends (late afternoons) but find that it's a lot harder then, when I'm well rested.
