Stephanie has right: you can use Paypal without create an account, only putting datas and proceed without save them into some new Paypal Account.
But believe me, Paypal is for sure MORE secure then national Banks and personal accounts at least more secure than my pc where I put my credit card number... IMHO better have datas saved in Paypal instead to writing them in our very very weak pc, browsers and internet connections every time!
You may not need to create an account. I made payments in the past through Paypal before ever having an account created. But keep in mind that it is very safe. See this page below and note the part that I picked out here: you may not need a Paypal account - you are simply using the Paypal service to process your card payment. If you do need to create an account, don’t worry - individual Paypal accounts are free to make and use.
