In Italy we do!!! We say "buona befana!" But is a nosense wish, because we don't really celebrate it! We are used to buy sort of socks full of candies and chocolate and give them to children...
I'd like to give a better explanation but my English's not so good, that's why I've been short

It is Christmas Eve in Russia today, but there is no Santa Claus in Russia, we have Grandfather Frost and he visits us on New Year's.

I`m from Ukraine and we really celebrate Xmas on Jan 7th. For most people its a family holiday. You come together, cook the traditional dish called "kutia" (boiled rice with raisins and honey) and sing Christmas carols. Besides Ukrainian carol "Shchedryk" is very popular in Europe.

We don't really celebrate Epiphany here, but good Catholics will at least know what it is :) I don't know if you wish someone 'buon epifania' or something like that in Italy. :)

I just thinking about how to say this to all the people who are celebrating various things today. Obviously it's Christmas itself in Russia, Ukraine and various other parts of the former Soviet Union (is it also for other Eastern Orthodox countries as well?), but in Italy, Spain, etc people are celebrating Epiphany. I don't know about you in the USA, but in Britain we don't say 'Happy Epiphany', because we don't celebrate it.
Do people in Spain say 'Happy Three Wise Men Day' I wonder? Or do they say 'Happy La Befana Day' in Italy? :-)
