My students seem to enjoy All Ears English podcasts.

I advice you to avoid BBC World Service, better are BBC 4 and 5 and there are a lot of podcasts on the same pages... Halyna, you are perfectly right with these two

These two have a lot of professionally made podcasts and much more. It's only British English though, can't recommend anything American (or other varieties), maybe someone else will.
