How to make a decision? I just heard someone said : When one of alternative is better than the other, it is easy to make a decision. It is hard to make a choice when neither of alternatives is better. Do you agree with this opinion? When you confront a hard choice such as whether accept a job promotion or not, how would you deal with it?
