Hello!
I would like to ask for your help. I have noticed that watching some interesting series or listening to songs helps me in learning languages a lot, but I do not know any German ones. Any tips for something I could watch, listen to? (I like series like Suits, Narcos, House of cards, but a comedy one with not so much slang would work as well I guess).
THank you very much ahead! :)
As you have also asked for songs, so, let me share some nice songs which were shared by a nice and helpful person.

You can also search some songs in the name of some famous singers-- Mark Forster, Max Giesinger, Philipp Dittberner, Tim Bindzko, Silbermond
I hope you like them!
I'm not overly familiar with any of the series you mentioned (besides the name). Usually, you can watch US series dubbed into German (because all foreign shows are dubbed in Germany), but you won't find Netflix series in free tv often, so that excludes House of Cards and Narcos. I can't think of any German legal shows like Suits either.
To follow up on Katarina's link and point you in the (possibly) right direction, here is the collection of tv crime shows which run on ZDF: https://www.zdf.de/krimi
The same category on the other large public broadcaster in Germany:

Personally I prefer lighter crime series, so most of the shows I only know by name.
Tatort (ARD) ist still one of the most famous German crime shows. Whether an episode is darker or funnier depends, I think, on the city: the show switches between different cities and teams, and depending on the team you'll get more of a thriller or a light crime episode.
Other crime shows which might fit your bill:
Kommissar Wallander (ARD)
SOKO (ZDF)
Hopefully someone else has some more specific tips for you. I know how frustrating it can be to wade through foreign shows until you find something you like.
