Oh, definitely not. Humans learn so much from social interaction and experience, much of which is taken for granted and never written down. In addition to this, books are a relatively recent invention, so just think of all the learning and knowledge that came about before books were widely available and has consequently been lost to history!

I think, everything, that is learned, is contained in heads. In books contained everything, that is studied.
