Hi! Momo,
You don't have to download "Google translate". You just go to their site (http://translate.google.com/) and type what you want to translate and select language. It's simple, but of course, sometimes  they give you a weird answer.   
Or if you understand a bit Japanese language, I recommend you this web site.(http://7go.biz/translation/) 
Since it searches at many sites and an answer is taken out, an exact expression can be chosen out of it.
