I do make a lot of Google docs, share them with my teacher, and then share my screen during lessons so we can go over them and make corrections together at the same time.  

I do not know if this is considered ¨technology¨or not, but I use PlayOn to record shows from Netflix and Hulu.  I watch them with subtitles by myself and then take screenshots of parts I want to talk about and make a Google doc with my screenshots and my notes.  The teachers and I go over the videos together. Later I might also play them with the sound off and try to describe what is happening in the show to my teacher in order to get feedback on more natural ways to say things. 

I also consider the technology of my Kindle helpful.  I read the e-books, highlight the words and expressions I have questions about, then during lessons I share my screen with the teacher and we review and discuss the words and phrases I highlighted.  I learn a lot of idioms this way. The Kindle is also nice for lessons because I can buy my own books with the answers (like the Practice Makes Perfect series) and my teachers can help me with parts of it. 

For English, I found the Off2class.com lessons helpful.  I purchased a subscription to use with language partners when I was doing exchanges. Although the site is designed for teachers, it basically gives everything needed for a non-professional, and I think an English learner could purchase their own subscription if they wanted a language partner to help them that way.

With some of my teachers, we use Zoom for the video conference combined with using the chat of Skype instead of the chat in Zoom.   I find the chat in Zoom confusing and it does not save a record of it automatically like Skype does.

Zoom video quality is generally better than Skype.  I can share my screen in Zoom and talk about something (read an ebook, describe a picture, tell about a videio, whatever) and the teacher can make corrections by Skype.  The instant message feature of Skype makes the corrections pop up nicely in the right-hand corner of my screen where we can both see them, unlike just using Skype or Zoom alone.  Some teachers have not figured out how to do this, but it is my preferred format for teachers who can figure out how to type in Skype while videoconferencing in Zoom.

Zoom also has some drawing features that can be nice in certain circumstances, especially for learning games. 

"But are there other forms which would be more creative, interactive and effective in online learning environment, such as sharing files, documents, annotate them together instead of sending everything by email and so?"

The technologies at present time adopted are far more better than the age I started to use ponderous desktops to complete a document and seems no much space to develop. The future trending of learning might be moving toward a more convenient way to purchase or reach a teaching and learning at an agreeable cost through mass production and scale of economy. Just think about how you wish most to interact with a real tutor  then we will see what the future trending of technology would be. The best technology is the way to help people overcome all physical barriers in the real world and enrich our lives in all aspects. 

Technologies will be improved continually but I think eventually a couple of big syndicates will quickly incorporate many trivial companies, small businesses into a more powerful and useful tool to be used by most anonymous users. Think about 90% online users are adopting Emails provided by google, yahoo, msn then it is plain to predict what it is to take place soon in the future.
