Скачай BS.Player Free и смотри фильмы с субтитрами, настраивается очень просто, кроме того это бесплатно=) а субтитры в инете качай, он вроде все форматы поддерживает)

I think it's easy to find films with original sound in the WEB today. Most of them have English subtitles. Can't  give these links because they are illegal. But for example you can watch free films with English subtitles online on YouTube, such as <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jqxENMKaeCU">Home</a>. 
English subtitles also improve you English, but it isn't the best way. I think it is better, if you watch films that you already see on English without any subtitles, or watch unknow to you film on English without subtitles too. It is hard but these really improve you.

almost all DVD's (not the pirate ones) have original sound. And subtitles. Popular non english movies are also translated in english.

Also almost all DVD9rips, Blu-rayrips and so on... have subtitles and different sound tracks. But they are illegal.

If U know the name of the movie you can enter smth like "Aliens subtitle english" in Google. Sub's are free to download and you wont get problems with law.
