The website you mentioned estimates the size of your vocabulary. It estimates the number of words in your vocabulary. A vocabulary is a set of different words.

Vocabulary is usually an uncountable noun, like "money."

"How much money do you have?" is correct.

"How many zlotys do you have?" is correct.

"How many money do you have?" is wrong.

"Do you want to know how many English words you know?" is correct.

"Do you want to know how many English vocabularies you know? is wrong.
