Achieve, Meet, Reach - What is the difference between them? May you all give me a brief explanation followed by some examples of which one of them?

Have you met your obligations? Have you reached your destination? Have you achieved your goals?  With location use reach:  Can the short guy reach the pedals.  Reach down and touch your toes.  He can reach the green in two.  With objectives or goals use achieve:  I achieved the goals set-out by my boss during last year's performance review. I achieved my weight-loss goal. With obligations, requirements, or expectations use meet: I met the grueling standards for entry to the U.S. Army's Ranger program.  Do I meet the age requirements for Social Security.

This is not a full treatise, but I hope it helps you.  Here are a few more phrases:

Achieve financial freedom before you reach retirement. I am not here to meet your expectations.
