Dm problem I cannot use the message part of the application. How can I fix it? Are there others who have the same problem?

Currently, you don't allow others to send you direct messages and probably others have this setting as well because it seems to be the default setting when you open an account. Go to your privacy settings and change your contact permissions from "friends only" to "anyone".

You can also try sending me a message to see if it works or not.

Are you using it on your phone? Have you tried to access the message via web browser as well? If it works on the web browser but not on the phone application, try to restart your phone. I had issues with the app from time to time. If you also can't open my messages via web browser, contact the italki team and ask if there's a problem with your account.

I think the problem was my application or my mobile phone. Now I am using web browser and the problem is solved. Thank you for your kindly help :)

@miriam Thank you for your help :) I applied your writing. I have read your message from notifications but can not open the message in the application. The application is automatically closed when I click on the messages.
