Hello everybody! I think Omar's answer is the most accurate so far
Basically you use any when you are talking about something not specific that could exist or not. For example:
Are you learning any language??
( in this case you can be learning 1 language, 2 lenguaje etc... or none!!)
But if you use some, for example In the answer is because you are talking about several language. For example.
Yes, I am learning some languages!
But if I am not learning I would say
No I am not learning any languages
