I was one of the very few who protested against iTalki's decision to remove the classic version, but after an hour of posting here, I was surprised that all comments have been deleted and nobody could comment on this article anymore:

I really find it unfair that iTalki keeps on turning a blind eye to people's complains, and I hate it when they keep on making unnecessary changes. The beta version's very inconvenient compared to the classic one, and I don't see the point why they would have to make teachers, tutors and students' lives complicated by removing the classic version when it's already working perfectly well. How many changes does iTalki need to make in a year? 10?
iTalki WAS the best language teaching/learning website until they removed instant tutoring and created the beta version. I realised that it's useless to complain to iTalki but I wish that they would BRING BACK instant tutoring and KEEP the classic version
Before they censor this thread too, I just wanna ask... do you guys know of any other good language exchange websites (I already have a few in mind)? LOL
I tell you guys, if they try to force me to use the new version, I'm out.
This is crazy.
As I went to the page where they had announced this change, I saw a lot teachers and learners complaining on there and, as I was about to publish my own criticism, I found out that they had blocked comments and feedback on that page, and a bit later they completely removed all criticism from that page.
This is outrageous.
