Here on italki, I see many posts asking questions about countries. But I'm sure many of them doesn't related to country. It depends to ourselfs, personalities, families, education, money and many things. Nowadays, the media has a greater impact on the role of the family than society or country. But the age of marriage has increased this days. But of course It depends on the circumstances.

I'm from Palestine, 22 - 28 for men and women.

I find it alarming that the average age for women to get married is 16 in Chad and Bangladesh. That means that a lot of brides are younger. Interesting is also that the average age gap in Senegal is 9 years, so that also means that generally men are much older than their brides.

In my country getting divorced happens the most than getting married. Anyways, i strongly believe that it depends to ourselfs and personalities, it's not a matter of age.
