That's an interesting point. Well, in my dreams I sometimes speak German or English but that's because I am talking to German or English speakers... like in my real life.

In these dreams I don't speak very well and I have some troubles to have fluent conversations... like in my real life too.

That means that my dreams are very realistic :)

Hi! I notice something else, but similar. I have conversations with some people, foreigners, with whom I dream to meet someday. It's strange, i'm so worried at that moment, after that i think about it the all day, but it sets me in great mood for the whole day)

As for dreaming, yes. I have had some dreams in the past speaking Spanish and when I woke up, I felt so proud of myself because I knew that was an indicator that I have been thinking in that language on a subconscious level.

Yes dreaming in your target language such a milestone on your way to fluency!
