I love surfing!!! The north of Spain is a paradise too!

I live near Boston, in the northeastern United States. I love the <em>changes</em> of seasons. I love having four seasons. I love it that they are regular enough to make a familiar pattern, but irregular enough to be full of surprises. My favorite season is "anything but winter."

I think the pattern of the four seasons is part of the soul of people who live in a temperate climate. It affects our view of the world in so many ways.

Our Köppen climate classification is

"Deciduous Forest Biome - Moist Continental Climate (Cf)

This climate is in the polar front zone - the battleground of polar and tropical air masses. Seasonal changes between summer and winter are very large. Daily temperatures also change often. Abundant precipitation falls throughout the year. It is increased in the summer season by invading tropical air masses. Cold winters are caused by polar and arctic masses moving south."

Cape Town's is:

"Chaparral Biome - Mediterranean Climate (Cs)

This is a wet-winter, dry-summer climate. Extremely dry summers are caused by the sinking air of the subtropical highs and may last for up to five months.Plants have adapted to the extreme difference in rainfall and temperature between winter and summer seasons. Sclerophyll plants range in formations from forests, to woodland, and scrub. Eucalyptus forests cover most of the chaparral biome in Australia.Fires occur frequently in Mediterranean climate zones."

I love summer as it is very hot and I can go swiming.

I like autumn. Because it's very sunny and the weather is not too hot or too cool. And there is a clear blue sky above the head with patchy white clouds hovering all around! It's just lovely!

In summer and because of the climate change it's getting eventually warmer, sometimes over 20degrees. Good for a pleasant dip on a hot day!
