It’s polite to mention your team before you mention yourself, so it should be “my team and I” if it’s the subject, or “my team and me” if it’s the object. The usage of “I” versus “me” is the same as if there were no mention of your team.
For example:
My team and I are ready to start.
You are welcome to join my team and me.

My team and I is better, because you can use a verb after.
Ex.: My team and I hope to win this season!

I and my team.
My team and I.
Pero creo que este es una pregunta, no una duda.

Always use "other subject" + and + "I". it indicates your respect toward the others and is more proper to use.
Examples: My mother and I decided to go for a walk.
My friends and I went to a rock concert.
