What to do if an Arabic noun has several plural forms and what to do if an Arabic verb has many masdar forms?

Maybe you could give some examples of words you came across. Then it would be easier to answer your question.
Maybe these articles are helpful for you:

I don't exactly understand the question.
Some Arabic words have more than one plural form, all of which are acceptable but some more commonly used than others.
But verbs should only have one masdar and if you find different masdar then these are in fact different verbs, or at least this is what I remember learning at school.
