Do people regularly go there just to chat and make friends?

 

Seems a lot are shy.  Do you know of any people that will openly chat there?

 

How can I get notified of people that are going "Live" and want to chat with anyone? [I cannot read Chinese and a translator does not always work there]

 

Are there other public *video* forums that Chinese go to online where people just go to chat with random strangers or it is not popular or even thought of in China? (I think in public, people do not often make friends with strangers in person in China...is this true?)
