I need some opinions about Southwest Airlines, please

Hello, 

I am writing some papers about the vision costumers have about some brands and the service provided. Now I would need some opinions about Soutwest Airlines.

 

I know it is a low cost company. But how do you feel when flying with this airline? In Europe we have some low cost airlines and the experiences are quite different from one to another. Most of them respect their costumers and the flight is quite pleasant, but some low cost airlines are really noisy, trying to draw your attention to sell you from lotery to electronic cigarrettes, some rules are incomprehensible, they try to charge you for almost everything, they constantly boder you, the seats aren't really comfortable and you feel cheap, angry and would like to avoid these companies...what is your opinion and your feeling about Soutwest Airlines?. Who are the main users of these flights? Is the staff friendly, polite...?.

Hello!

 

I love Southwest Airlines. Their flight attendants are hilarious. They always tell jokes while they are going through the routine safety procedures. I actually listen to what the attendants are saying (unlike on flights with other companies).

 

Southwest is also cool because they allow you to choose your seat when you get onto the airplane. Before boarding, all the passengers line up in terms of priority, based on things like check-in time.

 

As for Southwest's typical demographic-I'm not sure. Generally I see every type of person on a given flight.

I have also only had great experiences flying Southwest Air. I honestly can't remember about the charges though...I know they don't charge to check at least 2 bags.

I have flown on Southwest Airlines several times and have enjoyed my flight.  I felt that the staff was friendly and courteous.  The seats were comfortable and we were given a choice of a beverage during the flight.
