I wish there was, Stephanie! Many of us are learning languages that are spoken in places several time zones away and it makes it difficult to find teachers. 

I hope iTaliki administrators are working on this!

Be very careful with the teachers you choose as some of them really make awful mistakes. For example you cannot say "I'm 2 hours backwards" -you say I am 2 hours behind. you can only say "move/set the clock 2 hours backwards" :)

Why don't you try doing a search among tutors from a country that has a similar time zone? You can easily choose someone from a specific country or even a specific city.
