I have foreigner friends who want to learn Korean, and I want to learn English from them also.
However I can't do language exchange well. If I speak in Korean to help them, I can't practice English. If I speak in English, they can't practice Korean. How do you guys solve this problem? I lost some language exchange partners due to this problem. Give me sone tips to do language exchange successfully.

I solved this by helping my friends with english and talking in English. And then I use the korean I know + I ask a lot of question
Some people do one language for 15 minutes, then the other for 15 minutes and so on. Or half an hour and half an hour. The exact length of time depends on your personality, but the important thing is to agree on something specific in advance, and stick to it -- maybe set an alarm of some sort. It would also be a good idea to make sure you have similar interests, as many people are not good at talking on subjects outside of their main areas of interest, especially in a new language.
