It is normal :( Italki seems to have trouble updating languages (that or just slow in updating). 

I updated twice. The last time I updated, I did something like the following: 

Click "save." Wait 10-20 minutes. If it is not updated, refresh the page and re-enter the information, then press "save" again. Repeat the cycle. 

Took me about 3 to 4 tries before it got updated. I don't know if it is because the server is slow in updating or if the saving function is not function properly. 

I think you need wait 24h like the seassons when you give X lessons in one day just in the next day you have the numbers of lessons you gove
