Italy is famous for pizza and spaghetti... instead there are so many local dishes that are unknown in Italy too. I take this chance to make known some of the ones of my Land.
Yum! "gamberi", "gamberoni", "gamberetti" but above all "scampi"! Raw "scampi" with only a thread of olive oil (and lemon, if you like, i don't). And 'schie'... but we'll talk about them...
Today's recipe is'n a dish but a drink... just to have an appetizer maybe with a pair of 'tramezzini'...
