If you want to fluent your Chinese and improve your listening and pronounce, there three TV shows I will recommend ,《一周立波秀》《今晚80后脱口秀》《超级演说家》,《一周立波秀》and《今晚80后脱口秀》will be fun and well pronounced but fast speaking, 《超级演说家》is pretty good and not that fast.
