What rules do you follow for preservation your health?

Areobic exercise,diet,balance food ,no snack,no drinks like Coke cola,Pesi,beer

I lost 17 kg during 8 month.

Yoga and exercise, eat mostly fish, fruits, vegetables occasional meat.

I don't eat chicken skin

I don't eat the fat part of meat 

I avoid drinking coke

I avoid eating very salty food

 

I am trying to eat a lot atleast 2500 calories per day

 

I do crossfit
