Are you an architect?

Hi, everybody! I intend to study architecture on university, but I am not really sure about it. So I want to know your opinion about how is to be a architect. In your country this is a prized profession? Help me, please. :)

It's a very serious profession which carries a lot of responsibility and therefore it takes a lot of study.
