Can a social-app (e.g. WhatsApp, Telegram, etc) help learning a language?

I mean do you think the use, for instance WhatsApp vs Telegram, with their auto-correction, their own immediacy, can help foreign students who are learning the same language, to build correct sentences and accelerate the process of learning?

I love social media. I've got a lot of different apps on my phone. But, what is Telegram? I've never heard of it before.

Indeed. Using social app is enhance learning languages. However, use wisely. There is pros and cons.
