Living with an illnesses It's not easy when you have to face your everyday routine "carrying" this "bag" called illness... Actually, you have to pretend that this issue doesn't exist. Living with certain limits (despite your age), being aware of the symptoms of your disease, in every single thing you do, some days it's not easy to bear. However, there are some others when you realize that this is your "new" reality, your current life, and you should live it in the best way you can, no matter what, trying to be happy despite ​the circumstances, and thank God for being alive.

It's not easy when you have to face your everyday routine "carrying" this "bag" called illness. (do you mean baggage? It's not really common to refer to a "weight" as bag, but I do understand what you mean. It's definitely not incorrect.) Actually, you have to pretend that this issue doesn't exist. Living with certain limits (despite your age), being aware of the symptoms of your disease, in every single thing you do, some days it's not easy to bear. However, there are some others other days when you realize that this is your "new" reality, your current life, and you should live it in the best way you can, no matter what. Trying to be happy despite ​the circumstances, and thank God for being alive.
