Punching ball

Last week I bought a punching bag on Decathlon's website. It is for boxing training and building up muscle. Today, I received an email from Decathlon and my punching nag is ready to pick up. So, in afternoon, I got the punching nag and installed it at home. Then, trained and soon began to drip sweat. This is very good. But there is a problem; my boxing might be bother my neighbor. I am going to ask him about this when I meet him.
