In portuguese is cerveja, in english is beer, a diminutive form in portuguese is cervejinha, people used to talk like this when they want to show Kindness, gentleness. Em Inglês, não temos a mesma coisa. Eu não posso pensar em alguma situação similar, quando as palavras poderia mudar como em Português.
