Incredible Discovery
A few months ago, I read an article saying that an U.S. professor discovered how to turn brown eyes blue. It's just so crazy! They said in this article that the dream of most women can come true now. This doctor has already been visited by some patients that are very satisfied with the outcome.
This is called the technique of "Lumineye" developed by the ophthalmologist Gregg Homer. It consist on burning the pigments on the surface of the brown eye, making it then blue. But I heard that this could cause long-term glaucoma, cataract or retinal burns.
At first I found that impressive. We are making so much progress nowadays. After the plastic surgery (which has become commonplace these days) you can now change the color of your eyes (which was thought impossible before!).
But when I think about it, I say to myself that it's a bit much. Don't these people who change their appearance feel deprived of a part of themselves? Do we not feel in the body of an other person when we undergo such extreme transformations?

Your English is seriously more incredible than this discovery! There's just two more mistakes to correct:
you said "an other person" but "an other" is just one word, so it would be "another person" ('an other' seems very logical, but sadly English isn't logical and makes absolutely NO sense lol)
You said: "Do we not feel in the body of an other person when we undergo such extreme transformations?" First, you shouldn't use "we" in a case like this (comme le mot français 'on') in this situation, you would say 'you', as in 'don't you feel" (or you could say 'doesn't one feel.. but 'one' sounds VERY formal and I never hear Americans say it. In fact it sounds a little bit pretentious).
You also need to say "feel LIKE another person" you can also say "feel AS IF/feel AS THOUGH you were another person (but again, as if/as though sounds very formal and pretentious)
so the best way to say it be: "wouldn't you feel like a whole different person if you underwent such an extreme transformation?"
