Crisis management Hey, guys! I`d be really happy if you`ll help me to check this renderening for some grammar mistakes :) The article I`ve read is about crisis management. According to the Chinese language the world «crisis» has two meanings: danger and possibility. This approach allows the company to benefit from adverse situations. The author insist the every manager needs to understand that the crisis can`t be avoided, but it is necessary to prepare for it. There are 6 stages of crisis management: 1. Trying to avoid a crisis. Typically, managers do not pay attention to this stage, assuming that they can control everything. As a result, they are unprepared for the crisis. 2. Preparing for crisis management. Managers should form a team of crisis management, foresee the crisis and its consequences, work out an action plan and inform all directors about it. 3. Recognition and acceptance of the crisis. The company should recognize and take full responsibility, even if it is not guilty. 4. Contain the crisis. At this stage, managers need to rank the problems according to their importance to minimize the effects of the crisis. 5. Resolution of the crisis. The company should actively work with customers: constantly tell them true information, be prepared to repair the damage. It will help to save the reputation. 6. Learning from the crisis. Finally, after the crisis, it is important for any company to admit their mistakes and make valuable lessons for the future.

Crisis Management

Hey, guys!
I`ll be really happy if you`ll help me to check this rendering for any grammar mistakes. :)

Variant:  I'd be..... if you'd....

An article I read is about crisis management. In the Chinese language, the world  "crisis" has two meanings: danger, and possibility.  This approach allows the company to benefit from adverse situations. The author insists that every manager needs to understand that a crisis can`t always be avoided, and it is necessary to prepare for one.
There are six stages of crisis management:
1. Trying to avoid a crisis. Typically, managers do not pay attention to this stage, assuming that everything is under their control.  As a result, they are unprepared for the crisis.
2. Preparing for crisis management. Managers should form a crisis management team, foresee the crisis and its consequences, work out an action planand inform the directors.
3. Recognition and acceptance of the crisis. The company should recognize the crisis and take full responsibility for it, even if it did not cause the crisis.
4. Contain the crisis. At this stage, managers need to rank the problems according to their importance, in order to minimize the effects of the crisis.
5. Resolution of the crisis. The company should actively work with customers: constantly provide them with truthful information, and be prepared to repair the damage. It will help to save the company's reputation.
6. Learning from the crisis. Finally, after the crisis, it is important for any company to admit its mistakes, and let the crisis serve as a valuable lesson for the future.

Very well written.
