Lose weight I like to be slim,especially in summer,because i wanna wear beautiful skirt and shorts.I believe many girls and women agree with me.There are many benifits to be slim.A slim girl are more easier to find a boyfrind or a job.So lose weight is an ever lasting career for many female.There are lots of methods to lose weight.Mostly they can been divided into diet ,drug and exercise in my opinion.I think a strict diet control is painful,because i like eating tasty food.I respect a woman who can contrl her diet every day.I think propriate diet and exercise is the best way to lose weight,thought its effect may be slow,and now i'm under the way.I hope it can work.

I'd like to be slim,especially in summer,because I wanna (informal, but okay for a diary) wear a beautiful skirt and shorts. I believe many girls and women agree with me.There are many benefits to being slim. A slim girl can easily find a boyfriend or a job. So, losing weight is a goal for many woman. There are lots of methods to lose weight. Mostly, they can been divided into diet, drugs and exercise in my opinion. I think that a strict diet control is difficult because I like eating tasty food. I respect a woman who can control her diet every day. I think a proper diet and exercise is the best way to lose weight even though its effect may be slow. I'm on the way to being slim. I hope it can work.
