Laughter is one of the human conditions/characteristics/gestures that can express positive emotion.This emotion can be transmitted to another person. It Increases blood flow, reduces stress and ,etc

Some negative aspects about laughter are that it can produce cataplexy, unpleasant laughter spell, excessive elation and fits of laughter that usually occur on people with Parkinson's.

Don't forget to laugh all the time.
