Na peru Dinesh. Meeru ela unnaru? Nenu meetho matladutunnanu. Mee peru emiti? Velli Randi.

 

Meeru is formal and 

neeto, neevu are informal and less polite. in starting stage i would suggest you to use formal and polite words.
