Dear Sir /Madam,
I am pleased to submit my application for the position of Cabin Crew member on Swiss Airlines. Along with my art degree and two years' cabin crew experience in Singapore Airlines, I am confident in my ability to become a crew member of Swiss Airlines.

There are several reasons why I wish to work in the service industry and to be a cabin crew. To begin with, I love meeting new people and interacting with them. I also possess good interpersonal communication skills, which would prove helpful in this position. In addition, I am always eager to help people resolve any issues they may have encountered. Doing so inspires and satisfies me.

I have been working as a cabin crew member for Singapore Airlines for the past 2 years, flying out of Singapore into Shanghai, Zurich, London, and many other big cities. I initially took the job of cabin crew just because it was my best employment opportunity after I graduated from college. However, I have developed a passion for this work and decided to make airline work my career. I thoroughly enjoy everything about being a member of a cabin crew, from the diversity of the passengers I meet to the friendship and team spirit of the crew. I know Swiss Airlines is known for having a healthy and positive culture, and is one of the best airlines in the world. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to bring my skills and love of flying to Swiss Airlines.

Cabin crews are the teams of in-flight personnel responsible for ensuring that all the passengers travelling with Swiss Airlines have a safe and enjoyable flight experience. We need make sure passengers are safe, secure and comfortable. Essentially, this line of work is all about providing a impressive level of customer service. We are also representatives of Swiss Airlines, and as such it is our duty to present a good appearance.

As a friendly candidate , I am passionate about providing excellent on-board services. In my opinion, when you are very friendly, passengers do not hesitate to approach you and ask for help. I am dependable and flexible. Over the past two years, I have been able to handle each situation to the maximum satisfaction of the passenger. Every flight is different, and I am always ready to provide excellent service with my patience and confident smile.
