Please chekc my letter, thank you! Task: You are a secretary, planning a corporate event. Write a letter to Entertainment company explaining what kind of party you would like it to be, indicate date and time of event and your special requests. Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Ivan Kulaha and I work for “Rossengineering Company” as a secretary, and I can prepare a corporate party on the occasion of company’s anniversary. We have used your services twice and it was great. Management of the company would like to have outdoors party for the reason that we are going to celebrate this event at 10th June and it is a good opportunity to use summer weather for it. Otherwise, there are general components of the party which we want to have: barbecue dinner, sport competitions between employees, dancing and firecracker’s show in the end. I think the best time for party from 14:00 to 23:00, but we can discuss this information and cost of the party with your manager. Please contact me as soon as possible to 89298531786. My name is Ivan Kulaha and I work for “Rossengineering Company” as a secretary, and I would like to (I think it's a better way to put it) prepare a corporate party on the occasion of the company’s anniversary. We have used your services twice already/before and it was great.
The management of our company would like to have an outdoors party because we are going to celebrate this event at the 10th of June and it is a good opportunity to use the summer weather for it. Otherwise (I think you might mean 'Furthermore', or maybe 'Besides'), there are general components of the party which we want to have: barbecue dinner, sport competitions between employees, dancing and a firecracker’s (fireworks maybe?) show in the end. I think the best time for the party is from 14:00 to 23:00, but we can discuss this information and the costs of the party with your manager.
