So I want to share with you and hope it helps you understand and figure out how to use them correctly. What’s the difference between “或者huò zhě ”and “还是hái shì”? Actually ,the difference between these two words is super easy. “或者huò zhě “ is used in statement while “还是hái shì” is used in question. So for example, If you want to say “do you speak Chinese or English”, you can say “nǐ shuō hàn yǔ hái shì yīnɡ yǔ ?”But if you want to say “I think we can go to play badminton or go shopping.” you should say“wǒ jué dé wǒ men ké yǐ qù dǎ yǔ máo qiú huò zhě qù ɡòu wù .” Do you know how to use these two words now?Please let me know if you still have problem for these two words. What’s the difference between “或者huò zhě ”and “还是hái shì”?

Actually ,the difference between these two words is super easy simple. “或者huò zhě “ is used in statements while “还是hái shì” is used in questions. So for example,

If you want to say “do you speak Chinese or English”, you can say “nǐ shuō hàn yǔ hái shì
yīnɡ yǔ ?”But if you want to say “I think we can go to play badminton or go shopping.” you should say“wǒ jué dé wǒ men ké yǐ qù dǎ yǔ máo qiú huò zhě qù ɡòu wù .”
