Warm weather
Today is a warm weather as a result I am waiting for the night, doesn't mean that is cold but the night is better than day. The summer has finishing today but again doesn't means that we won't have warm days, the season change on the other hand the weather not.

Warm weather
Today there is a warm weather. As a result I am waiting for the night. That doesn't mean that it is cold, but the night is better than day. The summer has finished today, but again, that doesn't means that we won't have warm days. The seasons change, on the other hand, the weather does not.
