I believe this is a Hokkien (福建) song.  I don't know Hokkien and so some words I don't know how to translate but to use the context.  So I may be wrong.

Tho this was posted 7 yrs ago, I thought maybe someone might still be interested in finding the translation. My translations might not be perfect as I'm not fluent in Hokkien. But I found the Chinese explanation of the lyrics and then translated it to English.
